Claude Consultants VOL. I · EST. 2026

A practice group for people who ship Claude for a living.

Working consultants compare scoping, pricing, and delivery patterns — weekly, off the record. Entry by application.

The preamble

You sell Claude work. You scope it, price it, and ship it to clients who pay invoices. The hard parts — pricing retainers, scoping agent projects, telling a client no — are the same hard parts everyone here has. Once a week, the room compares notes: real proposals, real numbers, real post-mortems, off the record.

This is not a place to learn prompting. It is not a content channel, and no one will market to you here.

The weekly practice

One theme a week. Everyone brings something.

It runs in WhatsApp, asynchronously. One theme, one thread, one contribution a week.

Pricing & packaging The line items of your last accepted proposal. Client redacted, numbers intact. WK 1
Pipeline & positioning Where your last three clients actually came from. WK 2
Scoping & proposals A proposal that lost, and what it tells you now. WK 3
Delivery patterns Your repeatable build for agentic workflows and MCP integrations, drawn from a shipped project. WK 4
Client management How a small engagement became your largest, step by step. WK 5
Post-mortems The engagement you’d refuse today, and the tell in the first call. WK 6
Tooling & stack What’s actually billing this quarter, not what’s interesting. WK 7
The practice itself Rates, utilization, entity structure. One number you track weekly. WK 8

The charter · Article III — Participation

The charter has three articles. The first two — purpose and confidentiality — are read on acceptance. The third is public, because it is the one you can see operating.

  1. Contribute something real each cycle — a number, a pattern, a post-mortem. Reactions do not count.
  2. Signal over noise. Self-promotion, link-dumps without a take, and unredacted client material are removed.
  3. Lurk too long and your seat rotates to the waitlist. Silence is read as a resignation letter.

Enforced gently, for now. The hard phase begins month four.

The roster — 104 seats

Clawd is made of members. Lurk too long and he loses a pixel.

Open cells can be requested.
